Unique Partnerships That Provide Jobs And Saves Lives
In the next 3 - 5 years, Clean the World will create 400 - 500 green jobs (or more) across the United States as our Recycling Operational Centers (ROCs) are established. In our established Orlando, FL ROC, Clean the World has already partnered with two 20+year-old organizations - Central Care Mission (www.CentralCareMission.org) (CCM) and Open Homes Regeneration (www.ohregen.com) (OHR) – to help operate our 12,000 square-foot ROC, with offices and a loading dock in a light industrial commerce park. CCM and OHR are long-term residential programs focused on the recovery of addicted and homeless men, and they assist in the operation of Clean the World's soap sterilization plant, where workers process soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel as part of their vocational programs.
Additionally, we have partnered with Las Vegas Rescue Mission (http://www.vegasrescue.org/), an organization that has provided food, support, and care to the homeless, addicted, and those in need on the road to recovery since 1970, to run our Las Vegas ROC.
As part of our Canadian expansion, we have a similar partnership with Mission Possible (http://www.mission-possible.ca), whose mission is to provide meaningful work, access to safe and secure housing, and a transformational community in order to break the cycles of homelessness, poverty, and addiction, to run our Vancouver ROC.
